Robin Kearney is a business consultant who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving, sustainable businesses. With over 20 years of experience—12 as an entrepreneur and 8 in business management—Robin offers a hands-on, practical approach to business strategy, finance, and growth.
Holding both an MBA and a Master of Finance, Robin combines deep financial expertise with real-world entrepreneurial insight. This unique blend allows small business owners to clarify their goals, solve problems effectively, and scale with confidence. Whether launching a new venture, restructuring operations, or developing smarter marketing strategies, Robin focuses on solutions that deliver results in the real world—not just on paper.
Robin is also an experienced facilitator and speaker, having led business development workshops for aspiring and established entrepreneurs across a range of industries. Robin was recently a featured panelist for the Urban Financial Services Coalition's Empowerment Session: Leveling Up Your Community, where they shared insights on building resilient businesses and closing opportunity gaps in underserved communities.
Beyond consulting and speaking, Robin is deeply committed to giving back. As a volunteer mentor with SCORE, Robin provides free guidance and resources to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Robin also serves as a Community Advisory Member on the Impact 100 Grant Review Committee for United Way of Greater Kansas City, helping evaluate nonprofit grant applications and support funding decisions that strengthen community-based organizations.
