Robin Kearney is a business and finance educator, strategic advisor, speaker, and entrepreneur who helps business owners make more informed decisions about strategy, finance, growth, and resource allocation.

With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Robin brings a practical, hands-on perspective to her work. She holds both an MBA and a Master of Finance and draws from experience in entrepreneurship, business management, financial services, and consulting to help clients move from ideas and uncertainty to clearer decisions and sustainable action.

Robin is also a sought-after educator, facilitator, and speaker whose work spans government, entrepreneurship programs, higher education, professional associations, and community organizations. Her signature framework, Launch to Soar™, was selected from more than 400 proposals for Global Entrepreneurship Week Kansas City 2026 and helps entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities, assumptions, tradeoffs, and resource commitments before deciding what deserves their time, money, attention, and energy.

Her professional and community leadership reflects a broader commitment to financial literacy, entrepreneurship education, and economic opportunity. Robin serves as an Executive Board Leader with the Urban Financial Services Coalition–Greater Kansas City, where she was named the 2025 Member of the Year, and as a Community Advisory Member with United Way of Greater Kansas City.

She is also a Certified Business Mentor and Community Outreach & Engagement Chair with SCORE Kansas City, where she teaches Mastering Small Business Essentials, and supports K–12 financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real-world learning through the North Kansas City Schools Industry Executive Council and Junior Achievement.
